EN: This sculpture by Jakob Probst (1880-1966) stands at the northern end of the village square of Reigoldswil. The bronze sculpture is about three and a half meters high and shows the Roman goddess Diana.

Jakob Probst created this work in 1956. It stood for several years at the headquarters of the Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank in Liestal and was later moved to Jakob Probst's hometown of Reigoldswil. It stood at the other end of the village square in a not very favorable environment. When the square was redesigned, the statue was removed and rededicated at its current position when it was reopened on 4/4/2018 (4418 is the postal code of Reigoldswil).

Jakob Probst schuf dieses Werk 1956. Es stand einige Jahre beim Hauptsitz der Basellandschaftlichen Kantonalbank in Liestal und wurde später nach Jakob Probsts Heimatort Reigoldswil versetzt. Sie stand am anderen Ende des Dorfplatzes in einer nicht sehr günstigen Umgebung. Bei der Umgestaltung des Platzes wurde die Statue entfernt und bei der Wiedereröffnung am 4.4.2018 (4418 ist die Postleitzahl von Reigoldswil) an ihrer heutigen Position wieder eingeweiht.
