Lenora M. Bean was a member of the Woodmen Circle. Her headstone is a tree stump resting on four horizontal logs. The Woodmen Circle seal is a shield with crossed implements engraved on it. Above the seal at the top of the headstone an indented area reads "Memoriam Woodmen Circle".
The inscription is engraved on a shield and reads:
