L'église porte le nomo de Saint Marcel (Marcel de Chalon qui subit le martyr à Chalon-sur-Saône).
L'église primitive (construite au XVIIe siècle) fut déplacée à son emplacement actuel en 1687 et restaurée en 1856. Elle fut détruite en 1958 en raison de risques d'effondrements.
L'église actuelle fut inaugurée en 1961 et son clocher ajouté en 1993.

Les messes sont dites le 3ème dimanche du mois à 9h30 et le 5ème dimanche du mois à 11h (sauf en juillet et août)


The church bears the name of Saint Marcel (Marcel de Chalon who suffered martyrdom in Chalon-sur-Saône).
The original church (built in the 17th century) was moved to its current location in 1687 and restored in 1856. It was destroyed in 1958 due to the risk of collapse.
The current church was inaugurated in 1961 and its bell tower added in 1993.
