This tractor was donated by: Larry Satcher and was restored by The Northwest Georgia Antique Tractor & Engine Club, Inc. and was placed on display at the Prater's Mill Historic Site.

The plaque reads: "This tractor is an example of the type used in this area during the last production years of Prater's Mill. This type of tractor was used to plant, cultivate, and harvest corn which could have been processed at the mill."

With the exception of events, there is no fee to visit the park and is open year round, daylight hours only. Other historic buildings can also be seen. The park offers hiking, picnic shelter and fishing in Coahulla Creek.
