Chandler-Watts Library is located at 340 Oak Avenue, directly across from the Stratford High School. The library is housed in a one-story buff brick building, with a metal gabled roof. The entrance is recessed with two glass doors and glass sidelights.

This is a full service library which provides computers, printing, fax, as well as online books and videos. The library conducts a summer reading program for children, and interacts closely with the Stratford school system.
