The bridge connecting Barham in New South Wales to Koondrook in Victoria was built in 1903/4 by Monash and Anderson, the Barham-Koondrook Bridge is a composite De Burgh truss and steel centre lift-span bridge. The bridge comprises of a timber bridge deck supported by two 31.7m metre long De Burgh composite truss spans each side of a 17.8m steel lift-span bridge which is supported by four cast iron pillars.
The bridge has just undergone (2020)a multi-million dollar re-fit.
Visit Instructions:
1) After you've found a vertical lift bridge, go visit it, get the coordinates, a picture or two of it, and if it is in use or not still as a lift bridge.
Then log it and post your pictures! At least one of the photos must be of you and your GPS there with the bridge in the background. (No old vacation shots or photos off the internet!)

3) Include any interesting information about the structure
