Dixon Chapel Cemetery is located on County Road E1500, just west of N3340. Take Hwy 19, 4.5 miles west of Stratford to N3340 Road. Go north 2.9 miles, and the cemetery is on your left, on the north side of E1500 Road.

According to the uscemeteryproj.com website, this is a Native American cemetery. The Dixon family gave 20 acres for the church and cemetery. The earliest burial here is that of John Dixon in 1932. There are a few "whites" buried in the cemetery, but mostly descendants of the Dixon family.

The cemetery has no signage and no interior roads, just the gravel road leading to the clapboard chapel/church on the north side. The grass is kept mowed and there are just a few trees.
