DE: Die St. Sebastianus Schützenbruderschaft Brühl wurde erstmals um 1442 in einem Lehensregister erwähnt. Neben Kurfürst Clemens-August waren auch andere weltliche und kirchliche Würdenträger vor und nach ihm Mitglieder der Bruderschaft. Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg wurde der Verein wieder aufgebaut. 1980 baute die Bruderschaft in Verbindung mit der Stadt Brühl eine neue Schießanlage an der Bonnstraße 125 mit einem Innen- uns Aussenbereich, auf dem sich auch ein Hochstand befindet. Es gibt insgesamt 23 Bahnen in der Anlage: 10 Bahnen für die 25m Distanz, 8 Bahnen für Luftdruckwaffen und weitere 5 Bahnen für die 50m Distanz.
Die Anlage nutzen neben der Bruderschaft auch weitere Schützenvereine aus dem Brühler Umland, eine Mitgliedschaft in einem der beteiligten Vereine ist Voraussetzung.
Geschossen wird mit verschiedenen Sportwaffen als auch der Donnerbüchse mit Kaliber 16, die, der Tradition folgend, auch zum jährlichen Schützenfest eingesetzt wird.

The St. Sebastianus Schützenbruderschaft Brühl was first mentioned in a fiefdom register around 1442.
