There are several stained glass windows in the Cathedral. The older ones were purchased from Munich, Germany.
The seven windows in the upper apse are original to the Cathedral in 1931. These are images of the Annunciation, the Nativity, the Last Supper, the Crucifixion, the Resurrection, the Ascension, and the Coronation of Mary.
An image of Saint Cecilia, the patroness of music, is displayed above the pipes of the Steinmeyer organ.
Also original to the Cathedral are the windows at the bottom and top of both transepts. On the ambo side, the window at the bottom shows Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque at her apparition of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The top window shows the Blessed Sacrament in exposition in the monstrance. On the Cathdral Square side, the window at the bottom depicts Jesus at the Last Supper with Saint John. The window at the top shows the Blessed Sacrament, Host and Chalice.
Geometric designs in stained glass fill the upper level of the nave. Some windows on the lower level were added from glass artists in the United States. Towards the front of the nave on the ambo side is a window imaging Saint Margaret Clitherow. On the opposite side is a window with the figures of Saint Thomas More and Saint John Fisher. In the ambulatory circling the apse, there are images of Saint Augustine and Saint Jerome.
