A single hoop basketball court is south of the Malcolm White Elementary School building in an interstitial space between a parking lot and a walkway that leads to the high school athletic fields in Woburn, Massachusetts.
A fan-shaped metal backboard is mounted to a curved round stock galvanized pole on the south side of the court area. It's painted white with an orange shooter's square. On the day of my visit, the global COVID-19 pandemic was still underway, so in order to prevent its use, metal chain link netting hung from the hoop was thoroughly bound together with a hefty padlock. The blacktop surface is flat and in good condition, but without any boundary or free throw lines. No court-side seating, though you could take a rest or watch the action from a bench in a baseball dugout behind and to the right of the hoop.
