Park Transwijk is een groot park, gelegen tussen de wijken Transwijk en Kanaleneiland, waar regelmatig evenementen en activiteiten worden georganiseerd. Zo is er het jaarlijkse Bevrijdingsfestival en kunnen kinderen elke dag komen knuffelen met de dieren van de stadsboerderij.

Park Transwijk is een ruim opgezet park waar veel evenementen zoals concerten en festivals worden georganiseerd. Het jaarlijkse Bevrijdingsfestival op 5 mei is een van de bekendste en grootste evenementen. In het park zit ook een stadsboerderij, de Eilandsteede. Hier vind je onder andere een kinderopvang, schooltuinen, een kinderboerderij, een bouwspeelplaats en toiletten. Eilandsteede is open van dinsdag tot en met zondag van 10 tot 18 uur, en in de vakanties ook op maandag.

In het zuiden van het park is ook een verkeerstuin, een skatepark en restaurant Zinnia, met een asian-fusion keuken.
