The bottom of the mural is a highway with a big red car (with fins) on it. On either side of the highway is large green plants (cactus?). There is also a man with a guitar standing at the side f the road (hitchhiking?). In the center is a building (Capitol Building?). Above the building is white clouds. Above the clouds are stripes of blue, white and yellow.
