Located on the lawn, at the southeast corner of town hall property, under two trees is a granite time capsule which was placed in May of 1989, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Land Run of 1889. Sponsored by the Mulhall Community Club, the anniversary was celebrated with a school reunion, parade, and the burial of this capsule.

The granite marker reads:

MULHALL CENTENNIAL
HISTORICAL TIME CAPSULE
Entombed May 27, 1989
Exhume May 27, 2089
