This memorial to Frank A. Kindel, the "Flying Paperboy of the Guadalupes," is at a pull out on the north side of Highway 137 in Queen, New Mexico. Kindel, a pilot from Carlsbad who would often fly newspapers and supplies to ranchers and hunters in this area, died when his aircraft crashed near this location.
