This utility box is on the corner next to the Norwalk Public Library. It is decorated with artwork of books flying through the city.

A poem called "Sanctuary" by Laurel S. Peterson decorates both of the short sides. On the bottom of the box is a QR code that you can scan with your phone's camera app. It will bring up a Youtube video of the poem being read aloud by the author. Harold from Harold and the Purple Crayon is also on both short sides of the box!
