This clock is placed at the corner of Wall Street and Main Street in downtown Norwalk. It's right next to the Wall Street bridge over the Norwalk River. It was placed by the Norwalk Rotary in 2005. It is a free-standing analog clock with Arabic numerals. The numbers and hands are black on a round white background. The frame and stand are green. The clock is in good working order.
