Lørdag den 3. oktober 2015 plantede Soroptimisterne dette egetræ i anledning af 100-årsdagen for kvinders valgret. Soroptimister i hele landet fejrede dagen på samme måde.

On Saturday, October 3, 2015, the Soroptimists planted this oak tree on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage. Soroptimists across the country celebrated the day in the same way.
Here in Vejle, the oak tree with a plaque is located on the lawn in the Library Park.
