Der Dicktberg befindet sich südlich von Brohl. An der Straße Am Dicktberg beginnt der steil ansteigende „Eselspfad“, der zum Aussichtpunkt Dicktberg hinauf führt. Hier befindet sich die gleichnamige Schutzhütte.
Von dort hat man eine tolle Aussicht über Brohl, den Rhein sowie die Städte auf der anderen Rheinseite, wie z.B. Rheinbrohl.
Ebenfalls ist das Geschehen im Brohler Hafen zu beobachten.

The Dicktberg is located south of Brohl. The steeply ascending “Eselspfad” begins on the Am Dicktberg street and leads up to the Dicktberg lookout point. The refuge of the same name is located here.
From there you have a great view over Brohl, the Rhine and the cities on the other side of the Rhine, such as Rheinbrohl.
What is happening in Brohler Hafen can also be observed.
