Det øverste af det ottekantede vandtårn er udsmykket med blomster og planter i 1992 af kunstneren Poul Gernes. Udsmykningen består af 8 minimalt varierende billedflader med blomster- og plante-ornamentik i klare men dæmpede farver.
Alle motiver har en hvid baggrund, og farverne er koncentreret om rød, blå og grønne farver.
Vandtårnet på Blichersvej er opført i 1915.
Det er 27 m højt og kan indeholde 45 kubikmeter vand. Arkitekten er G.R. Øllgaard .



The top of the octagonal watertower is decorated with flowers and plants in 1992 by the artist Poul Gernes. The decoration consists of 8 minimally varying image surfaces with floral and plant ornamentation in clear but muted colors.
All motifs have a white background and the colors are concentrated on red, blue and green colors.
The water tower on Blichersvej was built in 1915.
It is 27 m tall and contains 45 cubic meters of water. The architect is G.R. Øllgaard.
