Die katholische Pfarrkirche St. Barbara in Ramersbach, einem Stadtteil von Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in Rheinland-Pfalz, wurde 1907/08 erbaut und befindet sich in der Mayener Straße 2.
Geschichte
Bereits im 14. Jahrhundert besaß Ramersbach eine kleine Kapelle, die der Hl. Barbara geweiht war.
Als das 1738 errichtete Gotteshaus baufällig geworden war, beschloss die Pfarrgemeinde einen Neubau zu errichten. Der Saalbau aus einheimischem Bruchstein war für die Gemeinde nur unter Schwierigkeiten zu finanzieren.
Der heutige Kirchenbau, 1907/08 nach den Entwürfen des Trierer Architekten Peter Marx erbaut, ist die einzige Kirche des Bistums Trier, die in ihrer Ausstattung Stilelemente des Jugendstils aufgreift. Die kunstvolle Fensterverglasung von der Firma Binsfeld, Werkstätten für Glasgestaltung in Trier, nach den Entwürfen von Josef Dornoff (1874–1944), ragt in einem besonderen Maße hervor. Der Altar ist dreigeteilt – sowohl vertikal als im Aufsatz horizontal, das linke Bild zeigt Abraham und Isaak, das rechte Melchisedech.
Die 2005 eingeweihte Orgel hat ein Manual und acht Register. Sie stammt von der Orgelbaufirma Fischer & Krämer.
Pfarrei St. Barbara
Die Pfarrei St. Barbara gehörte bis zum 31. August 2011 zur Pfarreiengemeinschaft St. Laurentius, seither gehört sie zur Pfarreiengemeinschaft Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler und nach wie vor zum Dekanat Ahr-Eifel im Bistum Trier.

As early as the 14th century, Ramersbach owned a small chapel dedicated to St. Barbara.
When the church built in 1738 became dilapidated, the parish decided to build a new building. The construction of the hall from local quarry stone was difficult to finance for the community.
Today's church building, built in 1907/08 according to the designs of the Trier architect Peter Marx, is the only church in the Trier diocese that incorporates elements of Art Nouveau style in its furnishings. The artistic window glazing by the company Binsfeld, workshops for glass design in Trier, based on the designs by Josef Dornoff (1874–1944), stands out to a particular degree. The altar is divided into three parts - both vertically and horizontally in the top, the left picture shows Abraham and Isaac, the right Melchizedech.
The organ, inaugurated in 2005, has one manual and eight stops. It comes from the organ building company Fischer & Krämer.
