Omniverous Tree - Bruce Trail - Dundas, Ontario - Omnivorous Trees on Waymarking.com

This tree has eaten a direction marker sign on the Bruce Trail, Dundas, a little way along the west trail from the Dundas Valley Golf & Curling Club parking area.

They no longer attach the trail markers in that fashion, now they are on a piece of wood as seen in the replacement just above it.

The sign probably once read:
BRUCE TRAIL

"The Bruce Trail is a hiking trail in southern Ontario, Canada, from the Niagara River to the tip of Tobermory, Ontario. The main trail is more than 890 km (550 mi) long and there are over 400 km (250 mi) of associated side trails.[1] The trail mostly follows the edge of the Niagara Escarpment, one of the thirteen UNESCO World Biosphere Reserves in Canada."
