The sculpture is located in Plaza Cívica de la Patria in the port city of Ensenada. It was dedicated on 12 October 2011 by the president (mayor) of Ensenada. It is roughly 12 feet tall and is holding an arrow in the figures right hand, while wearing a traditional native american feather hat.
