The weather vane has a bi wing airplane ,which looks to be stationary, mounted to a post and the arrow shaped swing arm is below it. The Cardinal compass points are large and can be read from the street.
The plane is mounted to the tower of a well maintained Victorian style house located along Coleridge Avenue.
