Krzyż znajduje się przy jednym z wejść do lasu w Okuniewie. Upamiętnia osobę Władysława Kosakowskiego, który według inskrypcji: "(...) poległ śmiercią męczeńską 26 marca 1933 roku. Żył lat 21. Prosi o Zdrowaś Maria"

The cross is located by one of the entrances to the forest in Okuniew. It commemorates the person of Wladyslaw Kosakowski, who according to the inscription: "(...) died a martyr's death on March 26, 1933. He lived for 21 years and asks for a Hail Mary.
