[FIN] VR (Valtion Rautatiet) käyttää monenlaisia ratatyökoneita. Turussa niitä on säilytetty Turun ratapihan läntisellä puoliskolla köydenpunojankadun vieressä lähellä kävelysiltaa.
Raiteiden lopussa on huoltohalli.
Alue on aidattu eikä sinne ole pääsyä. Niitä voi kuitenkin kuvata helposti läheltä jalankulkutieltä.
[EN] VR (State Railways) uses a wide range of Railroad Maintenance-Of-Way Equipment. In Turku, they have been preserved in the western half of the Turku railway yard next to the köydenpunojankatu street near the footbridge.
At least the Tka8 series track truck can be seen here. They are originally small locomotives manufactured by Valmet, but later VR itself has converted them into rail trucks in its workshops.
There is also a Tka7 model in the area as well as a few other railroad maintenance machines. There is a service hall at the end of the tracks.
The area is fenced and there is no access. However, they can be easily photographed from near a footpath!
