The memorial is at the base of the main flagpole for Camp Crowell. The only information about Mary Baker Showalter is a short bio here (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Baker-44984), however it is clear that she sacrificed a great amount of time to the Girl Scouts during her long life.
