Budynek powstał w 2017 roku, w miejscu w którym kiedyś mieściło się kultowe kino "Bałtyk" - stąd wywodzi się jego obecna nazwa. Całkowita wysokość budynku to ok. 67 metrów, a swoją bryłą przypomina on kwadratową piramidę ze szczytem w jednym z rogów, złożoną z szescianów.

The building was constructed in 2017, on the site where the iconic "Baltic" cinema used to be - hence its current name. The total height of the building is about 67 meters, and its mass resembles a pyramid with a peak in one of the corners, composed of cubes.
