Lykkens Fe siger at de vil bringe mere lykke til verden. Sorgens Fe betvivler dette. Igennem eventyret følger man forskellige mennesker der prøver galocherne. Ingen af dem finder lykke og alle vælger at stille dem væk igen.

The goloshes of fortune is a fairytale written by H.C.Andersen.
In the fairytale, the fairy of happiness brings a pair of goloshes to the human world. If you wear these goloshes, you can wish for any place and anytime. The fairy of happiness says they will bring more happiness to the world. The fairy of sorrow, however, doubts this. Throughout the fairytale, you follow several different people who find and put on the galoshes.
