William J., William S. and Josephine Perkins grave marker is in Okanagan Row A5 Plot 2. This is one of the oldest sections with interest old graves. The William J., William S. and Josephine Perkins grave marker is black granite with white lettering with two Doves of Peace one on each upper corners.
William John Perkins was born in 1914 and passed away in 1992. He was approximately 78 years of age.
William Scott Perkins was born in 1958 and passed away in 1966. He was approximately 8 years of age.
Josephine Lavina Perkins was born in 1924 and passed away in 2012. She was approximately 88 years of age.

Oliver Cemetery was established in the mid-1870s and is well maintained. There is a veterans section, and a scattering garden toward the back of the cemetery. There are approximately 3,500 interments that are graced by towering trees and well maintained grassy areas. There are numerous dedicated benches and dedicated trees, and a memorial garden with a gazebo.
