The Fading Theory Barber Shop LLC is a wholly-owned ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery) entity, that is made up of tonsorial artists who love the craft. Here at The Fading Theory we take the barber industry and formal training seriously. Our leadership, attended the historic, Avara’s Academy of Hair Design in Dundalk, Maryland, and graduated with honors. The Fading Theory seeks out like-minded, licensed professional with similar educational backgrounds, style, and work ethic. We continuously strive to become better in all aspects of company operations and we expect staff to have similar aspirations.
