This tribute to Billy Ray Mize is set at a pavilion within a cluster of historical buildings (the MKT Depot, Burkburnett Historical Society Building, and a vintage Panhandle Oil Company gas station) in downtown Burkburnett. Mize, "The Old Stallion," was the last employee of the Preston Dairy Company. A Ford milk delivery truck is on display nearby.
