This ghost is on a building which dates back to the late 1800's.

106 S. Washington is currently occupied by Floor Mart Carpets. The original occupant here was Pioneer Theater, later the Isis Theater until approximately 1923. The entrance is a recessed, single wood and glass door with sidelights flanked by display windows. Above the entrance is a flat metal canopy, and a metal-covered clerestory. Above this is a ghost sign reading HARDWARE from when Stonebraker Hardware occupied the building in the 1920's. The ghost is very clear and easily readable.
As a side note, the building to the south at 108 S. Washington has a ghost above its storefront also, but we were not able to decipher it. We can see the words grocery and Drug. The building has had many occupants over the years.
