At the intersection Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit and Rruga Abdyl Frashëri there is a Rotary International monument. The diameter of the gear is about one meter and it is most likely an iron Monument on a small concrete pedestal. In front of it is a stone plaque on the floor with the logo and following text in golden colour:
