This place had its days. Located by a relatively important road, it was once full of people and attracted the residents of the local hamlet. But time has been cruel to the region and there are problems related with human desertification. So it happened: the cafe was abandoned, most of the people who lived around it left or died of old age.
There a hiking trail start right there.
