The Wellington Regent Theater is located at 114 W. Lincoln. The theater has a single screen and currently shows first run movies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings at 7:00. Originally housing a skating rink prior to 1905, the building was remodeled as a theater c.1912.

The projection booth and the two-room apartment on the upper level are said to house ghosts. The website shown below describes the ghost and also has two short videos of the voice heard here.
