This wide open dog park in Dormer Park has two sectioned off areas.

Dormer Park appears to be in the midst of developement. The dog park is maintained, but there isn't much there for the pooches. As you approach the main entrance, the area on the left is for dogs 45 pounds and under, and the area on the right is designated for "All dogs".
If your dog weighs 45 pounds, I'm not sure which area it should be in since the website and signage on site don't match. As in most dog parks, there is a main entrance on concrete with separate gates to enter each area.
Each side of the dog park run areas shares a covered pavilion, with each side also having a bench and garbage can/poop bag dispenser.
