Opis rzeźby:
Rzeźba przedstawia siedzącą w fotelu pokrytym szatami postać Cyryla Ratajskiego. W prawej ręce trzyma on zwinięte w rolkę dokumenty. Autorem rzeźby jest Jan Kucz. Odsłonięta została w 2002 roku. Na cokole znajduje się napis: "Cyryl Ratajski, Prezydent miasta stołecznego Poznania 1922-1934 i 1939"
Cyryl Ratajski (1875 - 1942) - lawyer, politician, president of the city of Poznań, liaison officer during the Wielkopolska Uprising, Minister of Internal Affairs during the rule of Władysław Grabski, Government Delegate for Poland during World War II.

Statue description:
The sculpture depicts a figure of Cyryl Ratajski sitting in an armchair covered with robes. In his right hand, he is holding documents rolled up in a roll. The author of the sculpture is Jan Kucz. It was unveiled in 2002. The inscription on the pedestal states: "Cyryl Ratajski, President of the Capital City of Poznań 1922-1934 and 1939".
