"The Ware House is a 2-story, L-plan frame dwelling detailed in the Eastlake and Italianate styles. The house faces west on a large corner lot in a residential neighborhood of North Belton with houses from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The Ware House takes the vernacular L-plan form but is embellished by a hipped and gabled roof, porches with milled trim, and a variety of decorative elements characteristic of the late Victorian era. It rests on a pier and beam foundation and the roof is covered with asphalt shingles. Each of the house's two main wings has a projecting Italianate bay with decorative brackets. The gables and cornice are decorated with ornate bargeboards, brackets and dentil trim. Within the elbow of the two wings is an ornate l-story porch with turned Eastlake-style columns, spindle fretwork and banisters. The main entrance is at the intersection of the two wings. Directly above it is a small second story porch tucked in the intersection of the wings with decorative screening creating ogee arched openings. On the south side is an enclosed porch with a hipped roof. The house is sided in weatherboard with decorative shingles used in the gable ends. All of the windows are double hung with Queen Anne-style perimeter stained glass panels."
