The Xunta notified this Saturday the award of the restoration and conservation works of the mosteiro of Xunqueira de Espadanedo for almost 165,000 euros, a key move to enhance the area while the Ribeira Sacra faces the final stretch to be declared a World Heritage Site on the next year.
The project to restore the mosteiro, protected as an Asset of Cultural Interest ( BIC ), will have an execution period of three months and will be co-financed with Feder funds.
