These stained-glass windows can be found in The Parish Church of St John the Baptist, The Royal Chapel in St. John's.

Three of two-light windows in the apse of St. John's Church were given by Mr W H Callister in memory of his mother and father and his two siblings A E Callister and A E Williams.

'The Stained glass in the Chapel depicts biblical scenes, characters and saints, most notably the Celtic saints to whom the ancient parishes were dedicated.'

The Windows in the Chapel in a clockwise direction starting on the left of the entrance from the south porch are as follows:

1. Above the stairs to the balcony: "Christ and the Children" as referenced in all three synoptic gospels - Mt.19:14, Mk.10:14 and Lk.18:16.

2. In the belfry, and therefore unfortunately not visible from inside the church: the angels of Faith and Hope.

3. On the opposite wall from the doorway and beneath the balcony: St Brendan patron of Braddan Parish Church and St Macchutus of Maughold Parish Church.

4. St Santain of Santon and St Columbia of Arbory.

5. St Luanus of Malew and St Runius of Marown Parish Church in Glen Vine.

6.St Adamnan of Lonan and St Germain of German Parish Church in Peel. St German's is also known as Cathedral Isle of Man.

7. In the north transept hidden behind the organ: the Nativity of Christ and "Home at Bethany".

8. The east window behind the altar: three significant points in the life of Christ: The Angel Gabriel announces to the Virgin Mary of the coming of Christ children (known as the Annunciation); The Crucifixion of Christ and the Resurrection.

9. Behind the Legislative Council seats: St Kentigern, also known as Mungo. Kentigern was a great Celtic missionary.

10. Next to St Kentigern: St Michael the Archangel and All the Angels, patron of Kirk Michael Parish Church.

11. In the south transept: St Cecilia and King David.

12. Next: Isaiah and St. John the Baptist, patron of this Parish Church.

13. Returning to the nave aisle: the Virgin Mary, and St. Andrew patron of Andreas Parish Church.

14. St Patrick formally patron of Patrick Church now dedicated to the Holy Trinity, and St Bridget of Bride.
