A benefaction board in St George's church, Lower Brailes, commemorating a bequest by William Willington to the poor of the parish. This was in 1533, during the reign of Henry VIII. He left enough money to give 40 shillings to the poor of the parish 'Yearly, for Ever'. In today's money that would be about £1700 p/a.
