Maureen T. Lutat passed away on October 1, 2018 at age 60. She was born in Springfield, MA and lived most of her life in West Springfield. She graduated from American International College with a master’s degree in Criminal Justice and a double minor in Psychology and Sociology. She worked as an Outreach Counselor for The Key Program in Springfield and as a Case Coordinator at the Center for Human Development before becoming the Supervisor of Attendance for the West Springfield School System and later the Chicopee Public Schools.
