I am thankful for the cooperation of the other two players. I’ve been eager to get a waymark in this game. Now I finally got one! My only regret is that I did not try to locate yet another player even farther east. I think we could have reached across 1000 miles easily. I just now looked and noticed that the ISS didn’t go into shadow until it reached the Atlantic coast in the SE corner of South Carolina! It would have been over the heads of the people there when it went into shadow. Nuts!
I started this geocache to advertise this game even before this event. I also started this TB which has the goal of staying near places where the ISS will be high overhead whenever it’s high overhead for me.
