An Ontario Department of Highways and Surveys monument along Highway 7 between Georgetown and Acton. Located on the northwest side of the highway, also parallel to the Bruce Trail. Approx 195m NE of the driveway for the Cedar Springs motel, and 57m SW from the point where the Bruce Trail turns 90 degrees to enter the forest.

There are no unique identifying numbers on the disk.
