Most Biskupa Jordana (zwany tez Mostem Cybinskim lub Sródeckim), to  kladka pieszo-rowerowa nad rzeka Cybina.

W 1905 powstal tu most o konstrukcji kratownicowej obslugujacy równiez tramwaje, który jednak mial wady konstrukcyjne, dlatego w 1913 zbudowano kolejny, 65 metrowy, który dotrwal az do II wojny swiatowej, kiedy to wysadzily go wycofujace sie polskie wojska. Po wojnie powstal prowizoryczny drewniany most, po którym kursowaly trolejbusy. Ze wzgledu na gnijace drewno most trzeba bylo wzmacniac, jednak w 1970 roku zostal calkowicie rozebrany, a ruch przejal most Mieszka I, nieco dalej na poludnie.

I tak az do 7 grudnia 2007 roku brakowalo tu planowanej kladki pieszej, która wlasnie wtedy otwarto. Jej glównym trzonem jest fragment... innego mostu! Wykorzystano przeslo nurtowe z rozebranego mostu Rocha, które trzeba bylo przetransportowac m.in. nad istniejacym mostem Mieszka I. Stalo sie to 27 wrzesnia 2007 roku. Operacja byla obserwowana przez setki zainteresowanych poznaniaków.

The Bishop's Jordan Bridge (also known as the Cybinski or Sródecki Bridge) is a foot and bicycle bridge over the Cybina River. It is located in a place where crossings have been taking place since at least the 10th century.

The description (from the 19th century) of the first bridge shows that it was a wooden structure on 5 pillars, which measured 46 meters. It started to constitute a bottleneck, as it was the only civilian entrance to the town from the east. In 1905, a grating bridge was built here, which also served streetcars, but it had structural defects, so in 1913, another 65 meters high bridge was built, which lasted until World War II, when it was blown up by the retreating Polish army. After the war, a temporary wooden bridge was built and trolleybuses ran on it. Due to the rotting wood, the bridge had to be reinforced, but in 1970 it was completely dismantled and the traffic took over the Mieszko I bridge, a little further south.

Until December 7, 2007, the planned footbridge, which was opened just then, was missing. Its main body is a fragment... Another bridge! The current span from the demolished Rocha Bridge was used, which had to be transported, among others, over the existing Mieszko I Bridge. It happened on 27 September 2007. The operation was observed by hundreds of interested Poznan citizens.
