The "old" Osborne firehouse is no longer in use as a fire station; it appears to have been remodeled as an office space, and is now used for general storage. This U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey benchmark disk is just south of the center door, just above the ground. The disk is stamped OSBORNE and dated 1934, and the number 166 appears under the date.

Note: the coordinates of this waymark differ from those in the NGS data sheet, which has it on the other side of the street.
