A raised-relief custom wood carving affixed to the building directly over the entrance to the church.
St Andrew's was built in 1844 as a Presbyterian congregation. It switched to the fledgling United Church of Canada in 1925.
The addition at the rear of the church was completed in 1990.
The church is located at 137 Old Danforth Road in Grafton, just off County Road (Hwy) 2.
