Pergola en Milenio - Ourense, Galicia, España - Pergolas on Waymarking.com

Next to milenium bridge there are this artistic pergolas.
How we can read in this local newspaper (visit link)
"On the pontine slope of the Millennium Bridge, a set of pergolas in the shapes of trees and vines that rise to create voluminous canopies and provide the whole with an evocative forest artifice. The floor is a set of white edges that create volume and light, and inside, a fountain with a pond projects a stream of water."

In winter they are steals trunks with nothing, and in summer the climbing plants come out and form beautiful trees.
An explosion to behold..
