This bench in honour of Harry & Beryl Eastburn can be found on the cliff top on Douglas Head overlooking the lighthouse.
This light-coloured weathered wooden bench has a horizontally slatted seat and a vertically slatted backrest it also has two armrests.
There is a rectangular plaque attached to the backrest which has the following dedication:
‘WITH GRATEFUL THANKS FOR
MEMORIES OF FIFTEEN HAPPY YEARS
1968 - 1985
HARRY & BERYL EASTBURN.’
The bench is positioned to afford excellent views of Douglas Bay and further afield.
