Heritage Plaza has a gazebo, a mural, a stage, and a whimisical clock. The clock is tall, with a wind vane at the top. The face is plane white with no digits, and two hands. The "pole" looks like a space ship, with stars around the face. Or perhaps it is a giant microphone for the nearby stage.
